Tall case brass dial clock, ca. 1710-1725.

Walnut tall-case clock. The hood has a raised molded sarcophagus top with three turned finials, turned three-quarter columns at the front corners, and a glazed door with square opening. Waist with cove molding at the top and a rectangular case door. [Other details not pictured in photo] Composite brass dial with applied chapter ring with roman hour numerals and arabic minute numerals, and applied cast ornament in the spandrels. Inside the chapter ring there is an applied seconds dial, a calendar aperture and an applied name plaque with the maker's name. Eight day movement.
